Be honest with her...tell her that you don't want to hurt her and you care about her...but you need to break it off with her. Also watch your tone of voice and be supportive. Then cutt off any contact with her and tell her why your going to do that...tell her that it will not be easy for both of you...tell her in time when your ready you will be able to be friends.

Just remember who you was before you met her .Its going to hurt either way you go but life isn't over and you have so many other woman out there its unreal its just a little hard to start over but it all comes back to you in time and you will wonder what you seen in her .

All and all the best thing to do to get over it fast is get laid

How she feels is not up to you. However, you don't have to bow to her manipulation. If you must leave her, do so. She'll get over it.

If you've had children with her, however, all bets are off and you can't forget about her or your family without doing huge amounts of damage.

I think you mean physically hurt her but don't know for sure. I would stay away from her. Haven't you ever heard in order to get over one girl you gotta get under another one? Find something else to do and another girl to hang out with.
