This yank uses it only to refer to the Microsoft editing Program "Microsoft WORD" which is part of Office. Is there another use that is bothering you?

Umm...it's slang...nothing I ever have used and I think the term may even be a bit outdated now. Possibly to mean something like 'what's up' or something along those lines.

it can either mean "what you are saying is true" or "i agree" or "I understand"...something to that effect.
