I think very much and on so many diffrent aspects, happening, realities and possibilities of life....?
that too all together, every time in my mind there are so many thoughts passing through, many thoughts lie in my sub-concious part of mind, some thoughts, ideas come out from sub-concious part of mind and some keep going in sub-concious part of mind.

this thing keep on happening everytime.

But i have now realized because of all this my mind keep occupied and i am not able to focus what is my present task or current job.

Many times i found written wrong words while writting or not able to respond well to any given situation or puzzle. I realized my response in social behaviour is also not so good and quick because of my occupied mind.

In a nutshell i can say, i am not able to concentrate on my present beacuse of passing thoughts in my mind.I feel tired even exhausted many times.

what should i do.... ?

You are taking things too hard. Soften your stand on life. At the same time harden on your conviction that you can do well and that you have to fight for your success to the best of your ability and leave the rest to God. You aren;t doing yoga and meditation, are you? Do it. Go for a long morning walk if you can. If you concentrate on the real present and do not muse on what happened and will happen, I believe many frothy notions will evaporate and you will feel far more comfortable.

sounds like you got a lot on your mind. I think maybe talking to a therapist might help at this point. Also it could be ADD, in which case a therapist might be able to give you some ritalin or something to help you focus so it doesnt effect your work or whatever. Also what might help is if you write up a schedule of things to do and when you are gonna do them in a given day. That way you know what you should be focused on at any particular time of the day. Also dedicate some time after work to not just think about all the philosophy and thoughts in your head but try and get them down on paper. Take like an hour or 2 after work and start writing. By getting it down on paper your mind doesnt have to try remember everything. Plus its easier to sort out if it on paper than if its all in your head.

You're just day dreaming.
This usually happens when you don't get that much sleep, or sleep or be in a room with not much oxygen. You should have some plants by the window, open your window, and don't keep you room too sealed.
Not having enough amount of oxygen for an extended period of time causes drowsiness, headaches, etc. Basically, in most cases, you day dream a lot and you can't really think too well.

You should excercise more often and take a walk outside or something.

This really depends on your age.

If your younger (even in your 20's 30's) It's something you should address with your doctor as you may be recognizing that you have some form of ADD.

However, if your going through a lot of stress over something in your life you might have a little depression going on that can all lead to repetitive thinking or distractions as well.

If your older 40+ and it just showed up - something else might be going with your health. Either way see your doctor.

PS - It's OK to talk to your doctor about these kinds of things you don't have to be physically sick or injured to get treated.

This is all due to YOUR planets/stars affect.Search out the way to pass this critical time in a Temple or some greenery hillock places .and try to give some strength to your body through some vitamins, consult your doctor and take some tablets containing magnesium and iron as well as try to reduce acidic value if increased.Although problems are the part of life and no body is free .when good stars/planets will come down to sit/affect on your mind, your brain will automatically govern yourself in a better direction and your earnings /positive thinking in all respect will be satisfactory.Hence pass the time and try to avoid medicine also.

I go through the exact same thing at times! I know how you feel! I sit alone most of the time thinking and thinking that I forget about what's going on in my present day life! I still haven't come to a solution but I started to focus more on reality, I started thinking about the things that are important to me, the great things I have and slowly I am recovering, hopefully that will help you.

Don't know about being wise or expert, but I have been in the same situation.
Mine was caused mainly by job stress & caused all sorts of related physical problems & depression.
Went to see my doctor who said " "You have hit the wall..."
He attacked the physical problems & depression w/
medication.
He also recommended a psychologist who deals with stress & focus issues.
An extremely popular specialty these days.
Have to say I got some relief , but it did take time.
Sure there is no single answer for everyone.
Hang in & see a doc..
Best regards

this happens, i have seen some of my friends like this. R u going thru some depression or trouble? Probably you can discuss ur problems with ur family, or friends,
take a deep breath, try to close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing,
while slowly breathing in say " so " in your mind
while slowly breathing out say " hamm " in your mind.
this is a simple form of a yoga called PRANAYAM. It has worked wonders for my friends, when this yoga is properly done.

I went through similar changes in my life and I was diagnosed with anxiety/depression. Talk to a therapist. I did som CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and I worked out all my issues. It really helps to talk out what you are thinking to someone who understands what you are going through.
