Average price would be about $40 per 8 foot section (which is the standard length of most pre-built fences) for supplies (nails, concrete), support posts, and latches. You can buy wood and build one yourself for a bit cheaper, but more of a hastle. You could always get a quote from a few fence companies and see if its worth your money to have them do it and save yourself the trouble

It's been a few years since I did one myself but a fence that will last (pressure treated, 3 horizontal supports and 5/8" x 6 foot uprights) was $32 per 8 foot section plus the posts.
