if not then how will the law differentiate betweet it and prostitution?
i know pre marital sex and prostitution are different.. i want to know how does the law judge it when a couple are cought... and im NOT ganna ve sex with anyone okay.... i wanna know it as a general information

Wow young lady, that's quite a question. India is a collection of diverse cultures. Most are very conservative and resist any public display of passion or intimacies.
Seems amazing when you realize that's where the Kama Sutra came from. But look at the Indian Films. lots of singing, dancing and eye movement, but no touchy - touchy.

With as strict as the laws are over there it probably is illegal to have pre martial sex.
