After I start it up the engine revs up real fast and then slows down and kinda chuggs then it will rev waaay fast again and then chugg down then it will rev up even faster and almost stall down.. Then it kinda evens out... Ive also been experiencing loss of power and other minor issues..any idea?

A couple of things that it can be. It could be a fuel pump or possible the fuel injectors are not pushing gas through correctly. You could also have a clogged fuel line. A cheap test would be to put in some STP gas treatment to see if it fixes it.

After that it could be a vacuum leak from somewhere. It would defiantly account for the loss of power and wide RPM swings, but fuel problems can also cause it. Also check your air filter to see if it needs replacement. Lack of air make it hard for the engine to burn fuel.

If those 2 cheap fixes don't work it might be best to take it to a garage to really get down to the problem.

Good luck!

its the idle air control motor on the throttle body. Its about the size of a spool of thread and has a wire comming out of it,try taking it out and clean the carbon off it and the inside of the throttle body with throttle body cleaner and it sould fix it.If not replace it
