Men (in general) aren't any more stubborn than women. Some people are stubborn, some are not. It's just a personality trait, typically someone who doesn't like to admit they are wrong or who clings to a belief or idea very strongly.
Sometimes it's a good trait...sometimes it's annoying.

Tell me about it! My boyfriend is sooo stubborn. But in saying that he's only really stubborn when he knows he's right and 9/10 I realise I was in the wrong and have to say sorry! Lol

Some men are so annoyed at being nagged at all the time, they will do things that may appear stubborn just to make a point or retaliate. Children do it all the time!

No we don't. I find my partner gets her way all the time or she throws a massive strop. In fact, that has been my experience of females all the way though my life (my mum throwing strops at dad, etc, etc.) It's the other way round I feel.
Is it more that you resent him getting his way and turn it into an arguement? Thats probably why he has the hump.

Yeah but a lot of women are too. I wouldn't say this was a trait of a man nor a woman.

In deed they do but I can also be just as stubborn if I so choose, saying that i rarely do.

Its true... I get the right hump when I get in from work and my dinner isn't ready and my partner isn't naked upstairs waiting for me when I have had my grub and watched the sport on tv. I also get the hump when she asks for some money for herself... how selfish can you get expecting me to buy her nice things. Women!!!

They're not stubborn. They know what they want and that's that. Just because they don't do what you want, doesn't mean they are stubborn. Perhaps you are just controlling.
