I’ve played other online game and yea people are pretty much stupid everywhere but Halo 2 players (not everyone) can’t just sit there quietly and wait for the game to start. Some of you guys need to get a life.

Don't forget you're playing with immature little kids that want to 'pwn' someone to show their 'leet' skills because they're very lacking in their real lives of both maturity and any real substance.
I pity them.. the louder they are, the more they feel there's something they need to show the online community that the REAL world doesn't care about. I figure probably more than half of the gamers on there that want to spam insults and talk trash get physically abused by their parents and beat up at school.
Then I can smile and keep playing ;)

You do know what the average age of these people you are playing with, right? And if they are older then the guestimate in my head (13-17), their maturity level isn't. Seeing as the most social interaction they get is on the computer "killing" things and "owning."
I play some computer games online as well, I just got used to it.
