What does it mean when you have a hawk that circles your home or business? I remember someone had told me it is a native american prophecy but I can't remember what it means. Please no silly answers.

It depends on which Native American tribe's foklore you are following. It also depends on what type of hawk. Some tribes feel is good luck, other feel it is bad. There is no single answer to that question.

it depends if it's really a hawk. It could be a buzzard looking for a kill. Buzzards can also detect gas leaks, since it smells of meat to them.
