I've been told that I'm a great cook. I've actually had guests cancel a trip to come to my dinner party! I took it as a huge complement.
My favorite meal to make:
1) Grilled tenderloin of beef served with a wild mushroom glaze.
2) Side dish to this is garlic smashed potatoes
3) Veggies to this iss steamed asparagus with a balsamic reduction
4) Fresh baked flat garlic chese bread
5) For dessert, a choice of white chocolate cheesecake with a raspberry sauce or a dense flourless chocolate cake served on vanilla bean creme englaise.

I also make something that's really basic but VERY popular withfriends and family:
My extra juicy burgers on a hard roll (I hate those wimpy buns). Home made fries and onion rings and my extra creamy and thick homemade milkshakes to wash it all down. I make three flavors of the milkshake to please all palates:
1) Strawberry (with fresh fruit of course) 2) Chocolate with crunchy toffee bits and 3) Coffee which tends to be the biggest hit.

Don't even get me started on pizza. I love it so much I always eat the first slice for "quality check" ;o) lol. People I know have offered me money for my homemade pizzas.

Yes. I never thought I was much of a cook until my family, friends, coworkers, etc told me I was good.

I have entered many cooking contests and learned many recipies from my travels around the world.

My favorite dishes to cook are Bananas Foster and Thom Kha Soup, oh and Vietnamese Pho. I also like to do Beef Wellington. I do many creative "fusion" dishes.

I think I'm a pretty good cook. The best dish I make is porkchops marinated with Mrs. Griffin's barbeque sauce and sprinkled with garlic and herb and creole seasonings, with garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans. Mmmm, yummy!

Yes, I'm a good cook. I used to work as a chef in an Italian restaurant so my favorite dish is anything Italian. Chicken Parmesan, Lasagna are two of my best.

Thanks Paisan for eight great years.

I LOVE to cook!!! and my families favorite is Mexican pork chops..... you take your favorite thick cut of pork chops and salt and pepper both sides and then put in a zip lock bag and pour a bottle of pace pic-ante sauce over them(mild if you do not like hot things, we prefer the medium) then rub the bad to message the meat and put the bag of meat in a bowl and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours overnight is better and then grill until done using the leftover pic-ante sauce to bast the meat.....serve with fried potatoes and onions and a salad...YUM YUM YUM!!!!
