Ok maybe I just being dumb, put was that flashback really a flash forward? Who is Naomi obviously she is good if it was a flash forward? What about Walt? Also how on earth did they escape after being shot (the people underground) I don't get it. Help I am starting to hate this show cause they make it to confusing.

Jack's flashback was really a flash forward into the future after they had been rescued.
The obituary might be John Locke's (see lostpedia.com and look up last nights episode).
Walt was just another vision, like when Shannon and Sayid saw Walt and Jack saw his father and when Kate saw the horse.
The two girls in the underwater station didn't escape, it was only the Russian with the eye patch who seems to escape death, because the last time he was supposedly dead he had been pushed into the "security system." Ya can't kill this guy!!!!
....And I think Kate and Sawyer get together in the future but thats just my theory :)

It was a flash forward with jack and the beard.
Naomi is a bad person. My guess is she is with the Dharma Initiative.
That was Walt, but that was the island portraying itself as Walt.
What people underground?
I don't think it was Locke in the casket. It was way too short to be any adult we know of.
