How can Israel justify creating an "apartheid" state?

Arab citizens in Israel fare just fine. They vote, they get elected, they work, they raise children, there is no apartheid. What there is is a terrorist group that is isolated in two separate areas that are legacies of the Arab intolerance and hatred of a Jewish state.

The burden of peace and creation of a separate Palestinian state rests on the shoulders of the Palestinians and their Arab supporters to work for peace rather than continue trying to erase Israel from the map.

I'll disagree with your definition of what apartheid is. Israel isn't creating an apartheid state any more than Sudan, Kosovo, and a number of other areas. You must be a Israeli citizen to vote. Palestinians who wish to remain classified as Palestinians are saying they aren't Israeli. Ergo why should they be allowed to vote? Is that apartheid?

You didn't even bother to say why you thought they were creating an apartheid state.

When they are more religiously diverse than either Canada, Britain, Germany, Italy and almost every other western nation.

And when a Israeli Supreme Court Justice is Muslim.

apartheid my butt. Arabs live peacefully in Israel and many are quite rich and very successful. One of the justices on the Israeli Supreme Court is a Muslim. Israel told the Arabs from the very start that they were welcome to come to Israel and help share in the creation of the State of Israel. The Arabs preferred to fight as they always do. They have been killing each other for centuries so what chance did the Israelis have to make them friends?

who cares... as long as Israel is getting justifications for actions from the USA, Europe and others... Israel need not to justify, she has others to this.. and she continues to create the apartheid
here is one fact: Israel was created in 1947-1948 and until this minute the Arab villages and cities that existed since are not allowed to expand, all of them are still have the same boundaries and boarders as they were taken 60 years ago
and I am not talking about the hundreds of villages that have been completely wiped out of the map
people get old, and they get married, and they have children, and still the government of Israel "the gloaming democracy in the Middle East" do not allow them to expand outside the original boarders of their cities and villages... now imagine yourself living in one house with 20 others, and you are married, your brother is married, and your father and your mother still alive and need to practice their marriage duties... just a question???
