On one episode it showed Jacks father telling Claire that he is her father. Her mom had just died from a car wreck.

Jack's dad in Jack's flash forward is dead. Did you notice the "wtf" look the doctor gave Jack when Jack mentioned Christian Shephard's name? And how he went ballistic when the pharmacist wanted to call Christian to verify the prescription?
I hope Jack and Claire find out they are bro and sis. Dunno how they would go about doing it though unless they were told by Ben and the Others.

JACOB = Acronym for Jack And Claire's Other Brother. See my additional theory posted today! I think I've tied it all together here. DHARMA, to sum it all up, had a purpose (2 parted) to populate other planets or otherwise barren places with their fertility treatments. Beyond that, they also had their scientific experiments, that were awfully "far out" (to be a little Horace Goodspeed, if you will... lol) to begin with! So, planetary life isn't too out there if you think about it. A bro & sis w/ an invisible family member, who looked a lot like Jack (who ALSO looked a lot like Mr. Friendly a.k.a. "fake beard man"), isn't too far-fetched, to boot.
With DHARMA's purpose stated, my main theory was that the island isn't an island, it's a planet. OceanicFlight815.com has "explore" links on it. If you click within them, there are little white dots. Each dot is a video clip from S1 or S2. No big deal, right? Well, when you're done "connecting the dots," you see them form a really cool geometric, spinning, square/diamond, almost decagonal object. It begins to orbit & glow in the center!
To me, this represents the "island," with each hatch connecting to the other, which further represents each character being INTERCONNECTED, with pulsating, glowing electromagnetism at the center of that. Jack is obviously the core of the show, Claire is a close second, and her baby Aaron carries that thematic Moses-like "new life" undertone to a lot of the current storyline. Jack was referred-to as a Moses in the most recent episode, the finale, which leads me to believe this is just too coincidental to even be a coincidence.
No matter which way you play the Explore game on the site, you end up with the same results. It's an ABC-sponsored site, so it's the real McCoy.

I don't believe Jack's dad is still alive. Some things are as they seem, not everything is a mystery. It was established that Sarah and dad were not having an affair.
Claire's mom is brain dead, the only way I can see them finding out they are bro and sis is if Claire's aunt knows the name of Claire's father.
Jack in that drugstore was an addict trying to get his drugs. He had his dad's prescription pads, and was trying to bluff the clerk into giving him the pills. That is my take on it. I noticed that about the cellphone too, but I didn't catch on that it was a flash forward until someone told me.

There is a question now is Jack's dad still alive??? Jack referred to him in the flash forward as if he were still alive when he was talking to the chief of staff at the hospital about who was more drunk, Jack or dad. Also Jack's ex-wife is pregnant. Could Jack's dad be the father? Weren't the 2 of them having an affair?
Therefore, if Jack's dad is still alive, they could meet through him.
