Technically, yes you do. However, the Crown has rights to any mineral deposits for example and certain parts belong to the utility companies or underground companies under statute.
You also own all the airspace above your land up to the stratosphere in theory hence you can claim against overhanging cranes or branches etc but this is also limited by laws relating to aircraft etc.

It depends. You can own surface rights only, you can own mineral rights, or some or all of each.
If you own the land and the mineral rights you own it to the center of the earth.
If you just own the surface rights you only own the right to tromp around on the top.
If you own the mineral rights you own all of the stuff underground (like oil and other mineable resources) and you have a right to access those resources (like installing an oil well). However, you don't necessarily have the right to general use of the surface.

You actually own it down to the end of the earths crust...not to the core. But I found out that if they find something of value down to the earths crust on your square of land than legally it is yours.

here in the uk you do
i was a land referencing consultant for parliament
it was our job to compile books for bills to be passed
for instance - when the electricity board constructed a tunnel, from st johns wood to clapham common, 2 miles underground, we had to find and register every home owner above the line it followed and inform them as to what was being proposed because they owned the ground it passed through and legally had to be notified

I believe it is only to a set depth. Mineral rights can be bought under land you do not own.

Most of my garden is owned by a bunch of bloody rabbits that have eaten every damn plant I've put in. I wouldn't mind if they ate the grass, but they leave that well alone.

Do you own it all the way up?
I.E air space above it?
