Extremely doubtful. It's probably more likely that unicorns exist somewhere in the universe.

There have been many cases of abductions by aliens. Most of those who claimed to have been abducted by aliens were simple, honest and ordinary people who did not wish to have that experience and the trauma it brought- both during and after the event, as well as the media attention. Since these incidences could be true- there has anyway never been ample proof to dispute they were hoaxes- there is a possibility that aliens did visit the planet.

Or else, how does one explain the Piri Raes maps, Nazca Lines, ancient cave carvings in Peru showing humans wearing strange suits and equipment?

It is not likely that any aliens fom other planets have visited Earth. There is no real proof of them doing so, but there are many hoaxes and misidentified ordinary things mistaken for ET's.
