This question is a little vague but I am guessing you are talking about the term for a US House of Representatives member. In that case, the term is 2 years, a senator is 6 years, and the President has 4 year terms. Judges are appointed for life.

2 Years for a Congressman, 6 Years for a Senator.

It depends on who this representative is you are referring to! If it is the house of representative, I suppose it is four years!
