Circumventing Internet access control systems with web proxies to access unauthorized web sites is a violation of school computer usage policy. You can get suspended and/or banned from using school computers when you get caught. Use school computers for school work and myspace will be there when you get home. Do you really want your teachers and school administrators knowing what you are posting on myspace anyway?

You should be studying, not surfing the Internet, going to Myspace, reading email, etc.

Trying to to use proxies to bypass your school's security system most likely violates your school's acceptable use policy.

MySpace has a history of unleashing spyware and worms. I suggest you follow the links below to help you understand why these types of sites are blocked. I have personally had to remove key loggers that were obtained during visits to MySpace. Who knows where the stolen ketstrokes were being sent. Your network administrators do not want these on any of their network computers.

The programs used to block these sites do a lot more than simply block sites. They also monitor and log Internet activity. If your school decides to examine the log, it would be a simple matter of catching you.

This would be more trouble than it is worth.

Save the frivolous Internet activity for when you get home and your homework and chores are finished.

I'm begging everyone...please stop asking this question. It's getting really old. My answer is below:

If it is blocked and you access it (even through a proxy site) you will probably get suspended or expelled because you violated the Internet Usage Agreement you agreed to before you even began using the Internet there. I highly suggest just waiting until you get home to get on MySpace. Please do us all a favor and pay attention in school, I know I don't want the future generation to only know about MySpace!

Go search yourself. I know you probably don't care about the 5 points, but I see this same question about 100 times in a week, all you have to do is look through the archives.
Then, you can eliminate getting lectured by us who are tired of kids like you trying to circumvent the school system to get onto a site that you could go on all you want when you get home from school. Instead, while you are at school, why don't you learn something. I know its getting to be the end of the year, but you can still get in trouble and expelled from school, which would result in you not advancing to the next grade or graduating, so its your choice. Do you want to go on, or do you want to spend another year of your life in school?

Forgive my sounding like an adult, but shouldn't one be studying while at school?

If a site is blocked while at school, I am sure there is a reason

there are many proxys out there that enable you to go on unforbidden sites.

Try freebieproxy.com

or just search for proxys on google or yahoo
