I made an account in ebay,does it is free?i am not willing to sell any items on ebay,but if i'm going to buy an item,are they going to charge me for some fee?

Buyers have it easy on eBay. No fees. Sellers pay fees to list their items and then eBay takes a cut (FVF). Same thing for PayPal. Set up a personal account and it costs you *nothing* and there is tons of buyer protection that comes with it (as soon as you confirm your address). PayPal also takes a cut of the money that is paid to the seller.
:-) Stay a buyer for a long as possible. Once you're a seller eBay has its hooks in ya!!

No, you are only charged a fee if you sell an item.

For buying, there are no fees charged by E-bay!

It's a free account. Get a dictionary and search for the word if you're not satisfied.
