What is the max temperature when we apply a coating or pain such asglass flake vinyl ester?

The temperature in our area is high and I want to know the consequences of applying coating in temp. above the max temp.

You need to contact the maker of the product. While not familiar with 'glass flake vinyl ester' or the vague 'coating', when painting automobiles, the stock paint furnished must be mixed about 50-50 with a solvent and that solvent is chosen on the basis of the temperature at which the paint is applied so that it dries slowly enough to form a smooth coat and quickly enough to not run or collect dust.
