you need to see a Podiatrist as soon as possible. They will be able to remove it with very little pain and you will feel fantastic afterwards.

Get proper fitting shoes which don't encroach upon your little toe. Don't opt for hard leather. Good shoes cost more but the comfort is all worth it.
