Hi

First I'd like to ask what you are using for making the site. If you are using dreamweaver then I can help.

Using dream weaver, first you put the map on the page . Then click on the image. In the property box you'll see that there is an option called map. Click on the polygon shaped tool and create a border around the state. Then on the "link" box, put the link for the page you want to go to when you click that portion of the image.

Hope this helps.

you need an image map!!
and if you can get your hands on Adobe Cs2 and Adobe Image Ready Cs2 its super easy to make!!

edit your image in cs2 and then go to file and choose to open the image in Image Ready Cs2...they're are tools to make your selections for links and enter their html urls...

then from file> select to preview in the browser... all the code you need for you image map is at the bottom of the preview!

you save the image and upload it then plug the image url into the code... easier that it sounds!
