The two term limit is in place for a reason... Even if I supported EVERY decision Bush has ever made, I still believe that it is time for some fresh blood.

No, two terms is enough. Anyway, it surely would take more than a bill passed by congress to get rid of the two term limit since it is part of the Constitution, the 22nd amendment.
