Is Pedro worth adding to a fantasy team?

I don't have anyone on the DL right now.

If you are in a league with playoffs, he could win you a championship. If you are in a roto league, he probably will not pitch enough to help you much.

Since your DL is empty, it doesn't hurt to hold him.

If you have a spot, then yes.

Come August pitching is hard to find, and he could give you some solid innings down the stretch.
