No. Sharks have evolved over many millions of years to be stream-lined killing machines in the water. Boys haven't had that advantage. A few hours in the pool every day is no match for millions of years of natural selection.

The Great White is built for slow acceleration but top speed.

No they the cia a few years ago tried to train young boys much like they did dolphins the young boys showed low apptitude and would often sleep on the job claiming they were drowned. There was one young boy that was exceptional so they tried to race him with a shark for fun and bets but the boy wasn't as fast as they thought.
