does anyone know which graphics card is the best for a low price?

all i need is a graphics card that uses directx 9 and has 128mb of memory.

Tomshardware does a article every month or two on the best cards for the money.

They reccomend the 7300GT for around $60.00

For AGP, try ATI 9550. IF PCIe, get the 7100GS.
