We signed up for the DNC List when it first came out, and for a while the unsolicited phone calls stopped. Now all of a sudden we're getting all kinds of telemarketers calling again. Do we have to re-register every year or something? Anybody else with this problem?

I think it went by the way-side or expired.
And yes, you can re-register.

People that fill out those attractive little forms that sit alongside store counter tops in attempts to win vacations, as well as online lotteries, surveys, and trip packages... are only being deceived by such, thus your personal info is sold to soliciting companies:( so their effort to stop the solicitors via the DNC list is wasted by doing any of the above:(

i think it's only good for 3 years.
And anybody you do business with can still call you.
If you have a credit card with somebody they can call all they want.
