There is no exact number .no one has succeded to count them one by oneand even if it was done it would take more than 1trillion seconds.
Nevertheless atrononomers have been able to estimate an a average number of Stars. Knowing the Mass of our Sun as the mass of an average star ,and the mass of our galaxy and taking the ratio the aproximate number of stars can be calculated.Perhaps to the order of 1000 billion stars.

About 100 to 1000 billion, more or less. A lot of stars are very dim and very small, so its hard to estimate how many there are.
