I need to drop two of them to make some room for pitchers.

I would put them in this order:
1- Thome, only if you need the power numbers, he will not give you speed.
2- Victorino, Young guy with talent and speed and will give you batting average, stolen bases, and runs scored.
3- Damon, can still put some numbers up but is having an off year. Same type player as Victorino.
4- Aurilia, veteran player a cut below all of the above.
Good luck!!

At this point I'd say Victorino and Thome are the most valuable. Aurilia is past his prime and shouldn't even be included in the discussion.

Jim Thome is valuable in that he is a proven commodity. 30 HR, 100 RBI and 100 Runs are pretty much a given assuming good health. The only problem with keeping him is that he's a DH and he ties up your Util Position. That being said his productivity isn't an issue.

Damon and Victorino are a tough one but at this point, I'd take Victorino. He's currently stolen 16 bases and is hitting at the top of a very potent Philadelphia lineup. He doesn't have the track record of a Damon, but given Damon's age, and penchant for getting hurt, I'd say Victorino's less of a risk than Damon.

I'd drop Damon and Aurilia but I wouldn't drop Damon without trying to trade him for pitching. You could always try and trade him for a pitcher that's currently underperforming like a Matt Cain or a Felix Hernandez (who started out hot, but has had two mediocre starts)

Assuming it is a 5x5 roto league, 10-12 teams... the only one I would drop is Aurilia. You should be able to get something good in a trade for Victorino.

Damon and Thome are more valuable. Damon should end the year at .290, 100+ runs, 18-20 HR and 25-30 SB. And Thome, well, we all know he can rake.

Depends on which stats your league uses, presumably it is a bit biased towards power as most are, so Thome is the man as long as he is healthy

Jim Thome, he should reach 500 this year.
