I don't think even witches as fictional characters were ever really attributed with possession. In some medieval lore we see them sometimes attacking men during sleep, causing nocturnal emissions and such (like a succubus). But I have never heard stories about witches possesing someone.
Real modern day witches or those that follow the religion of Wicca will also not do such things. Because it is against the Wiccan Rede, which states that they should not harm anyone. It will be considered immoral to remove someone's free will in such a manner.
My best guess as to what it may feel like. Probably like most posession quite subtle. Thoughts (you may think are your own) suggesting you to do things you may not normally want to do. If a spirit is very powerful you will be expelled from your body and go on your own way. The spirit if it is smart will mimic your personality and have some semblence of your memory. None will be the wiser. Only subtle changes in your personality will be noticed. Really low scale spirits give themselves away by letting people roll on the floor or foam at the mouth. Or do all sorts of tricks.
Not saying this is real though so don't worry too much.
I am sure there are not Demon Lords living amongst us right now.

That is demons who possess, not witches. Witches are nice people who worship nature. Makes more sense than most religions.

A witch can't possess you- unless you mean in the sexual sense or control some of your actions through a spell.

well....witches aren't bad people, as many would believe. So I don't think they would do that. If the DID it would probably be for beneficial reasons.
If you mean what it would be like to be possessed by someone with evil/bad intentions/character (more general), then it would probably be very unpleasant. Whereas, being possessed by positive entities might feel nice.

Witch's don't possess people. Demons, ghosts, etc. do.

I really wish people would get their heads out of the comic books and realise we are not all hags with pointy wart ridden noses who turn people we don't like into frogs!
