For Hotchick thanks for your answer,my kid does like this friend even though said friend does nasty things to my kid and so does this kids mum,she takes him and the other kids palying to McDonalds and leaves my son left out and with no-one to play with, the friend also takes the other kids into his house and leaves my kid out, they arent very nice people but my kid likes him,so what I did with the sweet is nothing compared to what him and his mum do to my kid, this kid asks you things like do you have food in your cupboards, he ask to use the toilet and goes into the bedrooms while upstairs my room included I have caught him,his mum should be teaching him better manners,my kids are very well mannered and would never snoop about someones house, all my kids friends are made welcome if they werent he would not have been aloud in the house,he is just not a very nice little boy......

HA! That's a good one!
My kids are like that, but they are only 3 and 1, they don't understand food boundaries yet.
I can't have anything without two little faces appearing, seemingly from nowhere.
I'm trying to impress on them to use their words, don't just stare!

That is quite mean. I am 14 years old, now you might not want an answer from a kid but I'll give you my mum's techniques.
First of all, my mum's mottos when it comes to my friends:
" You can have any friend you want, but you aren't allowed to adopt any of their bad habits. Stay who you are, whoever you meet"
"Have any friend you like over, have parties, have fun, destroy the house but keep your friends here and welcome"

You should talk to your child about this friend first, your son might not like him either or he might like him, either way stay neutral.

Also, I don't think you would like another mum doing that to your child, so don't do it to kids. Remember they're just kids.

Think about it this way, won't you be more comfortable with your kids around you than off doing something you'll never know about? Keep the welcome spirit in your house.

Once my little brother was playing soccer with his friend and his friend kicked the ball so hard on my mum's face by accident. She was in so much pain but she said she was okay not make the boy feel bad. Keep that attitude.

You sound like a very weird parent. But I can understand - kids are greedy when it comes to sweets and chocolate.
