Bush for 5 years was not concerned about Osama, just with someone who wasn't a terrorist, had nothing to do with 9/11, and had oil!

CIA was anticipating big attack from Bin Laden. But they didn't have enough details to prevent anything. All they knew is Bin Laden had something big in plan. Nobody knew they planned to crash planes into buildings. So when they saw planes crash into building on 9/11, they said 'Bin Laden.'

It helps when the person who committed the crime admits to doing it. That is what happened on 9/11. Nobody raised their hand on the Anthrax yet.
