WOAH it never occurred to me that cats could have dreads!!! :o That's heaps cool...I would love to have a cat with dreadlocks!...gangsta cat :)

Ok, now being serious. Have you tried washing her fur (i know, most cats hate being washed by humans) with heaps of conditioner after the cat shampoo? And then not washing all of the conditioner out very thoroughly? It should make her fur slipperier and less likely to form dreadlocks.
