Some video card's requirements says

"30 Amps on 12 volt rail recommended (assumes fully loaded system)..."

what does it mean????

I have Cooler Master / Extreme Power / 600-Watt / ATX / 120mm Fan / SATA-Ready / PCI-E Ready /20/24-Pin / Power Supply...

Can my PSU handle above requirements???

according to calculations my PSU can handle

33Amp on 12volt rail...is that enougH????

It means you need to have 30 amperes available on a 12 volt rail (on your power supply). Look at the side of your your Power supply to see how many amperes it can handle ont he 12 volt rail and calculate the needed amps for the rest of your components.
