I figure you could do prepaid...wans't sure if it'd get dated.

All my mail is the junk catalogs and i have some netflix from last month, but it was all prepaid, and no date was on it.

In 27 January 2013, the cost of a single first class stamp here in the United States increased to 46 cents. If you have forever stamps purchased in previous years, they are now valued at 46 cents each, and can be used to send a letter weighing one ounce or less. If you are not going to the Post Office, a single 46 cent stamp (Forever stamp) is all you need to mail the required empty stamped self-addressed envelope. If you are including a letter and/or form plus a payment check for the document requested, place two stamps on the envelope. For the stamped self-addressed envelope you are sending, place four of the 46 cent stamps (Forever stamps) on the envelope. This is more than the required $1.50 postage, but because you are using the stamps already on hand, any fewer stamps will result in delivery issues and postage due for the document you are ordering. If you will be going to the Post Office, have the unsealed envelope containing all the items you will be sending weighed for exact postage, and purchase the $1.50 postage required for the enclosed stamped self-addressed envelope, affixing it to the envelope before sealing everything inside and mailing the document request.

Well, the USPO will sell pre-stamped envelopes for a few cents above the cost of the stamp. You just need to walk up to the counter at a post office to do that.

Yeah you can do that at the post office. I dunno how much one envelope is, but I know you can buy like 100 for 99cents at the store, then at the post office they have vending machines for stamps and you can buy just one. Sorry you're so broke. =[
