With your head under water and your eyes open the water was refracting and reflecting the lights in your bathroom so that you saw strange light patterns.

purely conjecture, but...
a zap with no applied voltage would have to be static. The shower head is attached to the plumbing which is attached to ground. So there would have had to have been a charge stored on you. Generating and storing a charge requires different materials (wool, polyester, carpet fiber) and dry air (no steam from the shower).
Hair is great for indicating static, but doesn't really hold a charge. If there was a charge on your skin then your hair might have been drawn towards the shower head. I assume from the description that when you saw the zap was the point in time when your head was closest to the shower head, correct?
So hypothetically if you built a charge in your body that was not discharged (your feet would have had to be on dry tile or tub) and then put your head near the shower head, a stray strand of hair from your bangs might have discharged your body to the shower head.
This would be highly unlikely and probably couldn't be reproduced, but if you saw it...

Several matters can occur for one-of-a-kind humans : if that is verifiable, it's valued at recollecting . It depends upon our earlier enjoy too, esp. at younger age - consequently a pal of mine had a well surprise at age three- remembering that, or ...... , he does now not dare to modify on new unknown home equipment !- he shivers ! an extra pal of mine can "manage" 440 volts AC, as though this can be a fruit - he's surprise evidence until ~ six hundred volts, as we proven later - such a lot folks was once uneasy with 20 volts itself !

the blue color light is a mild lightning through the open window striking the shinny chromed shower head and discharge into the water (ground return), you did'nt got burnt because it was a mild lighning strike.
