My wife is 18 yrs older then me who doesn't look nice in gathering. we haved 4 kids so it is difficult to divouse her. so is there any possibility to bring her young?

Your chances of "bringing her young" are about the same as her suddenly waking up one morning and finding out that her husband turned intelligent and sensitive overnight.

She has to want to look younger as well, you cant just force it on her.
And Im not sure if surgery is what your after? There are many things one can do to change their appearance to look younger.
Clothing, trackpants just dont cut it any more. Get her a nice modern wardrobe (and I dont mean tight jeans and midrift tops)
Makeup, can hide many facial imperfections, and there is a new makeup on the market (age rewind), which is specifically developed to hide wrinkles and the signs of aging... but remember that basic skin care is a must. Cleansing, toning and moisturising.
Body, the gym, or some home excercise will do wonders, and will help to lift and sculpt her body.
I take it that you love her, and surely divorcing someone because they look older is a bit rough?

This is just a guess... maybe she does everything in the house and doesn't have time to spend on herself.
Try freeing up some time for her at least 45 minutes in the morning AND at night so she could relax and pamper herself... like having a facial or do yoga or go for a walk.
Give her some money for some new clothes that suit her body type and maybe go to the hair stylist.
Maybe your wife is tired, stressed and overwhelmed... this will show up in her outward appearance.
Give her a break (time-wise) literally.

At that may be ur feeling is to have sex and u choose a girl who is 18 years older than u.,but now u r saying she doesnt look nice..
No one looks nice at old age..,except few
But when u turn old ..,ur next girlfriend also leaves u

You loved her when she was young. She doesn't look nice?! What the heck are you? A person or a businessman? As long as she takes care of herself she'll do fine. Damn, if you liked her looks enough to make 4 kids, what makes you think all these years later YOU are such hot stuff?!

A face lift. A tummy tuck. A breast uplift. Liposuction. Botox. Contact a dermatologist. They will tell you plenty of ways to improve her looks.
