not so much cables but a card that allows you to connect the rca cables from the vcr to your computer.
You need a card generally referrred to as video capture card that has rca jacks on it.
Video capture cards allow audio as well this as well.
Make sure that they can handle the rca cable jacks
If the video capture card does not allow for audio you may need an audio card that allows for rca connections in

the cable u need to use should be like this

I bought a little gadget off of ebay called a 'video box' which will take a VCR image and turn it in to a digital one that you can put on DVD. Gotta admit i haven't tried it yet though...!!
