Is the state paranoid the bouncers can't handle their job? (I live in Salt Lake City, Utah & the one go-go bar that is 100% nude doesn't serve beer or alcohol, -that's what "bouncers" are for!) If I ran the laws, "18+" would be allowed in the bars to watch the dancers! (Las Vegas is 100% nude but expensive as hell!!)

Vegas has one club The Crazy Horse that is all nude with drinks. They were able to have that privelage grandfathered in.

Well "Nude" and "Go - Go or not the same thing.Nude is self explanatory and Go - Go is usually bikini or kink, erotic or fantasy type wear with suggestive personality. While at most times are proffered, by the oversexed or more per served type of gentleman. Who prefer "SEXY" an not a"sexual" type of of entertainer.
Yes, usually the go-go bars only hire 21 an over girls due to the law an usually the desperate girls who want to get a taste of the strip game, do "nude" as soon as they hit the tender legal age of 18.
Personally, Go - Go dancers can keep more, an make more, due to the fact of the club not needing to pimp them, meaning stripping them from at least half or more of there hard earn hustle money.
To answer your last question, the only reason why I believe Vegas can sell liquor an nude dances at the same establishment, is simply because it is the wildest place on earth ! How else ;could they maintain that wicked reputation better known as "SIN CITY"!!!

Depends on a variety of factors. Your local ordinances usually have something to do with it. I used to live in Daytona Beach and they passed the 100% nude "but no alcohol" a year or so ago (and it's been bouncing back and forth since). Usually what a bar will do is serve booze on one side, have a door between establishments or an upstairs bar, usually with a different name and business license, and get a loophole in the law to be played out. It's two seperate establishments! You get slammed in one, and watch the show in another. Feeling thirsty? Head back to the other one, all without leaving the parking lot.

State laws on nudity are at root based on religious reasons and as such are not constitutional. In the test cases of this idea the court has slipped out from under by using the nebulous standard of community standards. Even though the community that is assembled for the performance would certainly prefer nude. And my assumption would be that (wanting more tips) the performer would want to meet the communities desires.
The idea that men will somehow become crazed at the sight of a nude woman is of course sexiest nonsense.

Most places and people would rather leave something for the imagination..
I'll bet no man comes up perfect (very good but,...) in women's dreams; no woman. has ever come up exactly like my dream either. ( close but......) I want perfection whenI pay for it , not just to watch a bare naked Girl moving around.
