I just looked at my work out mix playlist on my ipod, and I usually only listen to country but when I run on the treadmill this is what I listen to...
1. "Lets Ride" by The Game
2. "This Aint A Scene" by Fall Out Boy
3. "Through Glass" by Stone Sour
4. "Beast of Burden" by The Rolling Stones
5. "Do Ya Think Im Sexy" by Rod Stewart
Theyre all pretty random, but they are upbeat and keep me movin.
