after playing two or three karaoke songs, the computer made an awful buzing sound and crashed.i turned it off and tried again with the same result. anyone with any idea's. thanks

Have a look in Event Viewer just in case it has recorded anything:
Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools and select Event Viewer.
It sounds like a hardware conflict as though something is not grounded properly, so double check all your wiring, leads and adaptors.

Could be the processor fan is on it's way out get it checked by an engineer or you will burn out your processor. This is more likley because it keeps freezing and going off don't leave it too long..

could be dust has shorted so give it a good clean including your cpu fan or your sound/graphics card may be on the eay out
