Is there any Islamic country where transplantation is allowed?

Does Islam support transplantation?

I don't think I have heard this topic discussed in Quran (our Holy book) and Sunnah (Our Prophet's SAW sayings and life). Transplant is performed in Pakistan at least, I think it is medical and religious ethics more than religious teachings. As long as I know it is needed, the patient is not abusing the donor, it should hopefully be acceptable by Allah SWT. Do write to me if this does not help, good luck
