yea it depends. If its so mething i dont have control over and its really bad then, I ignore it but if its like a worry constantly in the back of my head then no- i have to do something about it. Like I alwayz say: take control of your problems dont let them take control of you

I can't ignore a problem. In fact I'm quite the opposite. Here's one example- this just happened a couple of days ago. My 4 year-old son- soon to be five- became very angry with a playmate, because although he told him not to step on his chalk drawing, the boy deliberately tried to erase his drawing with his foot. My son was about to kick the boy ( a few months younger than him), but I held him back. We went home, because he couldn't stop crying. I didn't want to reprimand the boy, because his grandpa didn't witness what happened, so we went home. In the car my four-year old was still very angry and cried some more. While driving I thought of what to suggest to him once we got home. I told him to grab a paper and a pencil and asked him if he wanted to tell the boy's mom what happened the next day or to write a letter. He (4 years old- knows how to write the letters in the alphabet) chose to write a letter. I spelled the words for him and he wrote the entire letter. The next day he gave the letter to the boy's mom, who made her son confess to her what happened right away. She had him apologize to my son right then and there, too. The next day we met at the mall and had the boys play mini golf at a "glow in the dark mini putt' place, where they got along just fine.

I cannot ignore it since it is on my mind and I think about it all the time. So, I prefer dealing with the problem (no matter how serious it is) as soon as possible in order to get it out of my way.

no. I tend to think of all kinds of solutions, and then hope they'll just go away.

Nothing ever truly goes away...confront and solve..then peace of mind..even little victories make you stronger to deal with the harder issues that may confront you..

For some reason, only when it comes to my health, and by doing this, I ended up in the emergency room this week!...I swear, sometimes I just suck.

No.... confront them and face them head on... sweeping them under the carpet makes matters worse.
