I think they both got carried away. It is obviously something that was underlying for a while and came to a head. It's difficult for either of them to hear what the other is sayng because they are on opposite ends of the spectrum politically.

No she wasn't if you watch the tape Rosie butted in to stop Joy and Elisabeth from fighting. Instead of stopping she and Elisabeth got into a conversation from the other day and now everybody is taking it out of context. If anyone was being a bully on that show it was Elisabeth, she fought with 2 people, Joy and Rosie. Rosie even said several times -- I don't want to fight with you.

I think that both, Rosie and Elisabeth, were wrong today. It doesn't matter whose opinion was right or wrong, that was overshadowed by their shared blatant wrong of actions. There was no excuse for them to both be basically screaming at each other across the table, at times trying to interview each other, and personally attacking each other. They are both adults and professionals. They can argue over a topic but when it gets that heated they should realize it and pull themselves back. Also, I think whoever was in charge that day was very wrong for not going to commercial. I'm sure all he was thinking about was ratings. But how do you let that happen? I'm sure a lot of people in the audience were uncomfortable and I know Joy and Sherri were uncomfortable. They tried to change the subject or get them to go to commercial, but really, only Barbara seems to be able to control these fights.

Well, Rosie was right about one thing, no matter what she does, someone is going to call her fat.
How schoolyard.
I watched yesterday and it seemed Rosie only wanted Elisabeth to affirm that Rosie didn't say the troops were to blame for the civilian deaths in Iraq, her point being that its the responsibility of the men who give the orders who should take the responsibility. You remember, the Decider.
Elisabeth got this strained expression on her face and wouldn't grant this to Rosie, Rosie was stunned, she couldn't believe Elisabeth wouldn't back her up. I was surprised myself, Rosie's politics aren't my cup of tea, and I thought shes been dead wrong a couple of times, and pretty dumb others, but not this time. There is no question that dropping tons of bombs in Iraq killed civilians, I mean thats what bombs do, who thought otherwise? Shock and Awe killed thousands. But you don't blame a soldier for doing what hes ordered to, we understand that.
Elisabeth was wrong, not only wrong but insultingly wrong.

in the beginning, you're suited in that adoping toddlers is extremely, very unselfish. those toddlers who're accompanied are blessed... whether, i think of persons are purely dissatisfied with what Rosie pronounced on the subject of the conflict and stuff like that. we are liable to %. on the closest element and that i think those persons thought it humorous to attack the youngsters. that's no longer humorous in any respect...i'm no longer a Rosie fan and extra of a Elizabeth fan because of the "spat" yet what Rosie did in adopting the youngsters replaced into stable.

YES! She gets personal, insolent and launches an attack once you don't agree with her or support her . Elisabeth is far from being a coward. I don't agree with her all the time, but for her to be the only conservative on that panel and express her views, she is extremely brave. ROSIE HAS ISSUES. She actually started the fight with donald trump and wanted to end up looking like a victim with all of them on the view supporting her. I guess Elisabeth had this coming anyway, but that's not to say Rosie was right.

Entertainment, shows over go home not rebroadcast over and over again.
2 day is Thursday Rosie won't be on and has said is not sure when she's coming back on her blog. I would fire the dare director on set yesterday. Shame on them.

Rosie is almost always wrong. She feels that she has the only correct opinion and the rest of the world, if they do not agree with her, are wrong. I stopped watching the program after Meredeth left, I'm more conservative and just found myself yelling at the TV over my coffee. I give kudos to Elisabeth for standing up to the bully and maybe when Rosie leaves Ill tune in again.

Rosie is usually wrong, and she keeps hammering and hammering until it's time for a commercial. I give Elisabeth credit today for taking jabs at her - even personal ones. Rosie deserved it. I could have slapped her. She's a loud-mouth and her departure can't come soon enough for me. Total train wreck today.

"Rosie" is an extremely emotional and reactionary person. She is too often overstating the point and making personal attacks instead of tactfully suggesting solutions to the problems. Though often correct, maybe she should think about a cup of decaf next time.
