Pulling the "Flash memory stick" from the USB without "Stopping" it.. Does it damage the PC or the Flash itself?

It doesn`t damage the flash, but it definitely gives your computer a few wxtra errors. It`s not safe to do that because later on the computer may not recognize the flash, and you`ll have to restore your system. Just don`t do that !
It`s like having a cd in your cd-rom, working on it ... copying sth from the cd and just taking out the cd! That`s another thing you shouldn`t do!
But don`t worry, if your flash is not too smart he won`t feel a thing....

It can corrupt the filesystem on the flash drive. - So you may lose files on the flash drive.
