Have just read episode guide as no longer have sky, please can someone explain to my what in the blummin heck was going on with Jack and Kate thing and why Jack was saying he'd been delibrately trying to get into a plane crash?? and who is Naomi??

Jack and Kate was a flash forward. Jack wanted to go back to the island.
Naomi is a bad person, IMO works for the Dharma Initiative and is dead now.

Kate likes Jack, but Jack is more into Juliette. Naomi is the girl that parachuted down onto the island about 3 or four episodes ago, she was looking for Desmond

The scenes with Jack and Kate were "flash fowards" to when they get off the island. Jack is unhappy and wants to get back to the island somehow. Hence the hope of a plane crash.

naomi parachuted on the island in search for desmond.i beileve penny(desmonds girlfriend)paid a search team and naomia ended up on th island.what you saw with jack and kate was the future.jack thinks he was supossed to stay on the island.like lock wanted everyone to.

naomi is the black chick that parachuted onto the island claiming to be a friend of desmond's ex-girlfriend, trying to find him. but she's lying, and we don't know why.
the flash back was more of a flash forward, after they had been rescued. i'm assuming it meant that because of them using that satelite phone to get rescued, they somehow messed something up. jack was trying to go back because he was miserable being home. he wanted to go back to the island. god knows why.
