Can varicocele's be caused by a blow to the testicles?

I'm curious can varicoceles be caused by a blow to the testicles or pehaps the area directly be hind the testicles?

Yes mine are congenital but a mate told me he got one from a blow to the testicles.

varicocel is caused by obstruction to the lymphatic out flow and venous out flow.
if the blow produce any of these there is a chance of varicocel.

One of these stopped me going into the army I dont know how it happened maybe from playing football without a proper jock strap.~~
