Even the small acts of honesty are important. Likewise, even the smallest acts of dishonesty are important to avoid. You can tell alot about someone's character and how they will act by the small acts they do.

You have to be really careful about lying in Restaurant, or complaining as the persons there could do something to your food or drink. I do however recomend complaining when there is some thing wrong, but if you are just pratting about don't bother, it could lose somebody there job.
There are correct ways to complain and most Restaurants will try to help you at the time, if you do complain try to do it to the person in charge at that time. Tell the truth. Don't just eat your food then complain about it, expecting to get something, because you say there was something wrong e.g. if you ask for your steak to be well done and it comes out rare, You eat it you have no proof.
Also remember it is somebody's job and you really don't want to know what I've seen happen to peoples meals.
I would never do anything and never have done anything but I've seen it done!!!

In April of 2004 I bought 2 apple pies from McDonald's. (The little pies that come in the red box). I ate one of the pies when I got home and left the other one in the box for 4 months! In late August I opened the box and the pie was Dark Dark Brown and very hard. I went through the McDonald's drive through and complained about the pie, saying that it was hard and moldy and showed them the pie. They laughed at me and threw the old pie away. I didn't get a new pie but it was a funny experience.

That sounds like a guarantee of getting your hamburger spat in.
In this day and age, only a complete idiot would send food back, and it's usually a crabby person who thinks the "customer is always right."
Don't get me wrong. I don't condone spitting in food. I would never do that, because it's a mental irony in admitting that something from your mouth will be disgusting to someone else. I can't ignore my own logic, but that's not how other people think, especially younger ones.

I am guilty and not too proud to admit it. OK. You're broke, starving and you got 25 cents in your pocket until your next paycheck. What do you do?
I would call McDonalds or Wendys, etc. and tell them that I just got home, opened the takeout bag and my order was missing the burger(s). They'll ask for your name, apologise and tell you to come back anytime and get your burger. 5 minutes later you're chompin' away at that free hamburger.
I've also kept the drink cup and gotten free refills for weeks.

I've lied I don't know how many times...but it's usually that every thing is good, when it's not. I'll always end up getting my steak wrong, or my soup cold, etc. But I'll just suck it up and eat it because I'm afraid of what they will do to it if I send it back. I have visions of my steak being rubbed on the floor, my soup being spit in. God I hate to eat out....

I never did that, because I worked in a fast food place when I was a teenager. I know how it feels to be lied like that, but I never retaliated. My co-worker did retaliate and I'll spare you the details, but I avoid fast food places having the mental image of what he did to chicken sandwich.

Youuuuuuuuuuuu know you have or else you wouldn't be asking. You know when you was thirsty and saw a McD's cup in your friends car, you said "Hey let's head over to McD's I need to use the bathroom." Then when you was getting out the car you dropped something on your friends' side of the seat and quickly picked up their used cup, hid it under your jacket, went it, refilled, walkled out and said "Oh i got so thirsty all of the sudden" :-D

I've never done anything like that before, but my mother used to always lie about my age at buffets to get the cheaper price. As you hear a voice in the backround, "no im not!" "shhhh" *pinch*, man

People that do this for a living, like that dumb woman that put a finger in the Wendy's chili and sued, are people that should be flown to the South Pole in the middle of timbuktu and left there.
