Oddly enough, my favorite characters are Sylar, HRG, Sandra Bennet and Mr. Muggles :-) However, I think Hiro is my favorite of the heroes, tied with Nathan. And Claire. And Peter. And Parkman. And poor Ted.
Heck, I love the entire cast, with the exception of Niki, DL and Micah. mostly because they were isolated for so long.
And I firmly believe that everyone survived the season finale.
