I offered to a polygraph test thinking this might help her understand that what she thinks is not true. What made her think it she said was because my daughter laid her panties on my pants that were on a chair. Does she just want a divorce from me? or is she jealous of my daughter.
I'm distraught and in distress and unbelief of what is happening in my life.
Should I commit her against her and her sisters wishes and ignore the treatment she needs or commit her

Your wife does sound mentally ill. However it is not that easy to get someone committed and she may not need inpatient treatment anyway.
I would get a lawyer and make sure that no charges are filed against you. Depending upon your daughter's age, she can be questioned and / or examined by professionals and that should clear you.

I have a good friend that was commited and it was a long process but thank God, she did react positively and is healthy now as long as she takes her medications. There is hope. But be prepared to go the whole way or it could backfire on you.
