What is your favorite part of the movie? And did you like the book "The Shining"by Stephen King better?

remember the part where his face was frozen near the end of the movie? he was in the maze all frozen. I paused at his face to show my mom, but I guess I left the house and the TV turned off. Well, a day or two later I came back and turned on the TV and it was still paused on that scene! LOL gave me a fright...

i like the movie. i couldn't get into the book, i don' t know why i normally like books better. but something about that movie...i love the whole thing, my fav. part is when she's swinging the bat at jack. some parts freaked me out as a kid like the bunny getting head and the lady in the bath, and ever since then it has been my favorite movie. u should hear my "redrum voice" scares my 4 year old neice but, she loves the movie too. she tells me tony said no mrs. tia.

My favorite part of the movie "The Shining" which just went over 10 minutes ago here on TV was the long, drawn out, boring part that really drags. It occurs sometimes between the opening credits and the closing credits.

I love all of his work.Stephen King is awesome.I love the part where he's at the party and all the people are ghosts,pretty creepy.The book goes more into detail,though.

The book was waaaaaaaay better.

They did a TV version....2 part made for TV movie.....A lot more true to the book.

The book was much better..... They re-did the movie and it now almost matches the book.....

When Danny is driving his big wheel down the halls and he turns the corner and sees the dead twin girls

I liked the movie better...Stanley Kubrick was a genius and Jack Nicholson made it even more scary
